“ For me as the Chief Operating Officer for the TTC and as the person responsible for the programming and content of TRANSCEND, I would have been lost without Sara. Sara lead Production and Logistics for our 3 day event, TRANSCEND '22, where we hosted 100 people in a remote valley in Slovenia for an event centered on knowledge sharing, community building, and inner work in the Transformational Travel sector.
This event presented many complexities due to its location, content, and the fact we had a very small team. Sara coordinated with our in-country partners on everything from food to transportation to making sure we had the right candles for our ceremonies. In addition, Sara communicated with attendees and did amazing work to ensure they were equipped with everything they needed to not just attend the event, but to be immersed in it. Days of, Sara quarterbacked the entire event from managing a team of 7 volunteers to troubleshooting to arranging educational sessions.
Without Sara's leadership, expertise, and skills we would have fallen short of our goals of impacting those that came. I would highly recommend Sara for the planning and execution of any event, especially heart centered and conscious events with complex planning and lots of moving parts.”
